We’ve temporarily paused eBike orders shipping to New South Wales.
This decision follows recent regulatory changes that affect how electric bikes are assessed and approved for sale in NSW. While these updates are still being implemented across the industry, we’re taking a careful approach to ensure everything we offer meets the latest requirements.
If you’re located outside NSW, there’s no impact — our full eBike range remains available and shipping as normal.
What’s Changed?
Regulators in NSW have introduced additional requirements tied to product documentation.
Previously, eBikes were supplied with certification confirming compliance with relevant standards. The current expectation now extends further, requiring complete supporting test data for each model, not just certification summaries.
This information has not typically been distributed at a retail level, which means suppliers and brands are now working to compile and provide it.
Why This Affects Availability
Because these requirements apply at the model level, each eBike needs to be backed by a full set of documentation before it can be confidently offered under the updated expectations.
Rather than risk offering products without complete documentation in place, we’ve chosen to pause NSW orders until everything is aligned.
