Sometimes products don’t meet manufacturer specifications, or in rare cases, arrive damaged. If something’s not right, our Warranty Team is here to help.

Our Warranty Policy

All new products sold by BikesOnline are covered by the individual manufacturer’s warranty. Each brand sets their own warranty terms, including what’s covered, how long for, and eligibility requirements.

If a manufacturer requires the product to be returned for assessment, it is the customer’s responsibility to ship the item back to BikesOnline unless stated otherwise.
