Cyclists know the value of travelling light while staying prepared. That’s where on bike storage comes in. Designed to fit seamlessly onto your frame, seatpost, or handlebars, these storage solutions allow you to carry everything from multi-tools and spare inner tubes to snacks and extra layers, without compromising performance.

Types of On-Bike Storage

• Saddle Bags: Mounted neatly under the seat, ideal for carrying compact repair kits, a pair of tyre levers, or even a mini bike pump.
• Frame Bags: Fit within the bike’s main triangle. They offer generous space for longer rides or bikepacking adventures, making them a great partner for bikepacking bags.
• Top Tube Bags: Perfect for small items like cycling nutrition gels, energy bars, or your phone — all easily accessible while riding.
• Handlebar Bags: Provide larger capacity for jackets, tools, or even a compact cycling jacket, making them a favourite for commuters and gravel explorers.

Why On Bike Storage Matters

Carrying gear in your pockets can be uncomfortable and unstable, especially during long rides. On bike storage distributes weight evenly across your bike, keeping your load stable and your ride smooth. It also keeps your essentials within reach, so you’re never caught out on the road or trail.

Choosing the Right Storage

• For Commuting: A slim saddle bag and top tube pouch keep daily tools and keys tucked away.
• For Gravel & Bikepacking: Frame and handlebar bags provide space for extra food, clothing, and hydration.
• For Road Training: A minimalist saddle bag keeps the bike aero while ensuring you’re equipped with essentials.

At BikesOnline, we stock a full range of storage solutions designed to complement your bike’s performance and style. Whether you’re a commuter, weekend rider, or adventure seeker, our on bike storage will keep you organised and ready for every journey.
