COMFORT GEO
DSX is Marin’s most capable flat bar gravel bike to date, with a super comfy/upright position that feels super planted and comfortable to ride. Featuring a 69.5° head angle for stability, 74° seat tube angle for comfort and 425mm chainstays for handling.
DEORE 1X11
The Shimano Deore drivetrain is paired with a 42T chainring and an 11-51T cassette, giving you a +500% gear ratio to get up, down and all around with ease
DISC BRAKES
Tektro hydraulic disc brakes provide reliable, quiet braking performance in even the grimiest conditions. They come paired with 160mm rotors for grip.

Superb multi-purpose flat bar gravel bike
Purchased the DSX 1 bike. It arrived in just 2 days, well-packaged inside the box to prevent scratches, and pretty straightforward to assemble, Initially I was a bit nervous about buying a bike online, but after the fast delivery and getting some excellent after-sales service from BikesOnline helping me with a minor issue, I'm glad I purchased it here for the excellent pricing. As to the DSX 1 bike.. The frame is just superb. Great geometry, looks good and is an absolute pleasure to ride. I wanted a comfortable, agile all-rounder for road and gravel riding with enough gear range for steep hills and not run out of top-end speed on the flat, and have plenty of attachment points for panniers and bags. The DSX 1 ticks every box. Love riding it. A couple of pointers to know: Firstly the DSX frames are a little on the smaller side. According to the frame size chart I should fit a size L because I'm 183cm. However I got to try riding a size L and it felt too small for me. The standover was good, but it just felt a little cramped in length. I purchased the XL and it feels a perfect fit for me. YMMV of course, but my advice is that if your height puts you at the upper end of the sizing scale - then consider going up a size. Secondly, the colour of the DSX 1 is not what it appears in the picture. It looks to be a quite bright silver in the picture, but the actual frame colour is a much darker gunmetal colour. This was a pleasant surprise, the gunmetal colour looks fantastic. TL/DR: Awesome all-rounder of a bike. Frame is superb, componentry is good, price is good. . BikesOnline were great to deal with.

Excellent
Great value when on sale for $999. First upgrades were Raceface pedals and 50mm tubeless tires. I actually really liked the stock tires as they felt really smooth of pavement but ready for light gravel, but I ultimately wanted something beefier. The bike comes very easy to assemble from BikesOnline and they include a nice set of tools for it.
