NSW Australia Survey Promotion — Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (these "Terms") apply to the survey-based competition conducted in New South Wales, Australia by The Trustee for Bicycles Online Trust T/A BIKES ONLINE PTY LTD, ABN 13 677 101 175, of 13/25 Frenchs Forest Road, Frenchs Forest, NSW, Australia, 2086 (the "Promoter"). By entering, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms.

1. Promotion
   1. Promotion name. The promotion is the BikesOnline 2026 survey competition (the "Promotion").
   2. Promoter. The Promoter is The Trustee for Bicycles Online Trust T/A BIKES ONLINE PTY LTD, ABN 13 677 101 175, of 13/25 Frenchs Forest Road, Frenchs Forest, NSW, Australia, 2086.
   3. Contact details. The Promoter may be contacted at sales@bikesonline.com, +61 (02) 8599 2209, or 13/25 Frenchs Forest Road, Frenchs Forest, NSW, Australia, 2086.
   4. Promotion period. The Promotion opens at 00:01 AEST/AEDT on 26 May 2026 and closes at 00:00 AEST/AEDT on 08 June 2026 (the "Promotion Period").
   5. Survey URL. The survey is available at https://form.typeform.com/to/T5sin7Uy, or any replacement URL notified by the Promoter during the Promotion Period.
2. Eligibility
   1. Eligible entrants. Entry is open to members of the general public who are residents of Australia and who are aged eighteen (18) years or over at the time of entry, except for any person excluded under these Terms (each an "Eligible Entrant").
   2. Excluded persons. Directors, officers, management, employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter, its related bodies corporate, agencies, suppliers, and any other organisations directly associated with the conduct of the Promotion are not eligible to enter. For this purpose, "immediate family member" means a spouse, de facto spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, grandchild, or any person residing in the same household.
   3. Proof of eligibility. The Promoter may require an entrant to provide proof of identity, age, residency, eligibility, and compliance with these Terms before awarding any Prize.
   4. Legal restrictions. The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. How to Enter
   1. Entry mechanic. To enter, an Eligible Entrant must, during the Promotion Period, access the survey at https://form.typeform.com/to/T5sin7Uy, complete all required survey questions, provide the required contact details, tick the entry confirmation checkbox, and submit the completed survey in accordance with the survey instructions. Completion and submission of the survey constitutes a single entry into the Promotion.
   2. Required details. Entrants must provide their full name, email address, and phone number for the purpose of administering the Promotion, verifying eligibility, conducting the draw and any redraw, contacting the winner, awarding the Prize, complying with applicable legal and regulatory obligations, and resolving any disputes relating to the Promotion.
   3. Entry confirmation checkbox. Entrants must confirm their entry by ticking the entry confirmation checkbox before submitting the survey. The entry confirmation checkbox wording is set out in Schedule 1.
   4. Optional marketing consent checkbox. Entrants may, but are not required to, tick the separate optional marketing communications consent checkbox. Entry into the Promotion is not conditional on giving marketing consent. The optional marketing consent checkbox wording is set out in Schedule 1.
   5. Entry limit. Only one (1) entry is permitted per person. Multiple entries by the same person may be disqualified at the Promoter's discretion.
   6. No purchase required. No purchase or payment is required to enter the Promotion.
4. Prize
   Prize: AUD $3,000 Store Credit at bikesonline.com.au
   1. Prize description. The prize is $3,000 in Store Credit, with an approximate retail value of AUD $3,000 including GST, if applicable (the "Prize"). The total prize pool for the Promotion is AUD $3,000 including GST, if applicable.
   2. Store credit terms. If the Prize is store credit, the store credit will be issued directly to the winner's account on BikesOnline.com.au, may be used only at bikesonline.com.au, expires as required by applicable law, and is subject to standard BikesOnline terms and conditions, except to the extent those terms are inconsistent with these Terms or applicable law.
   3. No transfer. The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash unless the Promoter agrees in writing or applicable law requires otherwise.
   4. Substitution. If the Prize, or any part of it, becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable regulatory approval.
   5. Taxes. The winner is responsible for any taxes, duties, or other charges payable in connection with receipt or use of the Prize, other than those expressly stated to be borne by the Promoter.
5. Draw, Winner Notification and Redraw
   1. Draw date. The Prize draw will take place on 8 June 2026 at Frenchs Forest.
   2. Draw method. The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
   3. Winner notification. The Promoter will notify the winner using the email address and/or phone number provided at entry within three (3) business days after the draw.
   4. Winner verification. The winner must satisfy the Promoter's reasonable verification requirements and comply with these Terms before the Prize is awarded, including by providing proof of identity, age, residency, eligibility, and any other information reasonably required.
   5. Seven-day redraw. If the winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days after the Promoter first attempts to contact the winner, is ineligible, fails to claim the Prize, fails to satisfy the Promoter's reasonable verification requirements, or does not comply with these Terms, the Promoter may conduct a redraw from the remaining valid entries at 13:00 AEST/AEDT on 16 June 2026 at Frenchs Forest, subject to any applicable regulatory requirements.
   6. Redraw notification. Any redraw winner will be notified using the email address and/or phone number provided at entry within three (3) business days after the redraw.
   7. Publication of winner. The winner's name and/or initials may be published, to the extent required by law or any applicable regulatory condition.
6. Permits and Regulatory Matters
   1. NSW authority details. No NSW authority is required for this Promotion.
   2. Regulatory compliance. The Promoter will conduct the Promotion in accordance with applicable Australian consumer protection, trade promotion, spam, privacy, and fair trading laws, including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), the Australian Consumer Law, the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, remedy, or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.
7. Privacy and Data Handling
   1. Personal information collected. The Promoter will collect each entrant's name, email address, phone number, survey responses, and any other information submitted through the survey.
   2. Competition administration. The Promoter will use each entrant's name, email address, and phone number to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, conduct the draw and any redraw, contact the winner, award the Prize, comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations, and resolve any disputes relating to the Promotion.
   3. Survey responses. The Promoter may use survey responses for research, analytics, product, service, customer experience, and business improvement purposes, provided that any public reporting or external disclosure will be in aggregated or de-identified form unless the entrant has otherwise consented.
   4. Disclosure to service providers. The Promoter may disclose personal information to its related bodies corporate, agencies, contractors, and service providers engaged to assist with the conduct of the Promotion (including hosting, survey, draw administration, prize fulfilment, and communications providers), and to regulators, courts, and other authorities as required or permitted by law.
   5. Optional marketing communications. If an entrant gives optional marketing consent by ticking the separate optional marketing consent checkbox, the Promoter may use the entrant's contact details to send marketing communications about the Promoter's products, services, promotions, and offers in accordance with that consent and applicable law, including the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). The entrant may unsubscribe or withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism in the communication or by contacting the Promoter at sales@bikesonline.com.
   6. No condition of entry. Marketing consent is optional and is not required to enter the Promotion, remain eligible for the Promotion, or win the Prize.
   7. Privacy policy and enquiries. The Promoter will handle personal information in accordance with its privacy policy available at bikesonline.com.au/pages/privacy-policy. Entrants may contact the Promoter at sales@bikesonline.com to request access to or correction of their personal information or to make a privacy complaint.
8. General Conditions
   1. Invalid entries. The Promoter may disqualify any entry that is incomplete, illegible, indecipherable, inaccurate, fraudulent, automated, submitted outside the Promotion Period, or otherwise not in accordance with these Terms.
   2. Technical issues. The Promoter is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, corrupted, delayed, or incomplete entries caused by technical, communications, network, platform, or other failures beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.
   3. Tampering. The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, interferes with the Promotion, submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms, or engages in conduct that is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, or damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promoter or the Promotion.
   4. Changes to Promotion. If the Promotion cannot be conducted as planned due to fraud, technical failure, tampering, unauthorised intervention, or any other cause beyond the Promoter's reasonable control that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter may suspend, modify, cancel, or terminate the Promotion, subject to any applicable regulatory approval.
   5. Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes liability for any loss, damage, or injury (including indirect or consequential loss) suffered or incurred in connection with the Promotion or the Prize, except for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
   6. Decisions. The Promoter's decisions in relation to the Promotion are final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into, subject to any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
   7. Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
   8. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Each entrant submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the courts competent to hear appeals from those courts.
