We want to give you a heads-up about some temporary changes to our delivery timelines while we run our annual stocktake. We're counting up our inventory so we can get your future orders to you faster and more efficiently!

What's Happening?

Before Friday, 9:00 AM: All orders will be processed and dispatched as normal.

After Friday, 9:00 AM: Shipping will briefly pause while our team counts our warehouse stock.

How Does This Affect My Order?

Bikes Only — Orders placed after Friday at 9:00 AM will begin shipping from next Wednesday onwards.

Parts & Accessories (or Combined Orders) — Orders containing parts, accessories, or a mix of both bikes and gear will be fulfilled sequentially as our team wraps up the count. We will keep you updated via email with your specific tracking and dispatch details.

When Will Things Return to Normal?

Bike-only dispatch will be fully back to normal starting Wednesday. Parts & Accessories and combined orders will follow closely behind, and our team will be working around the clock to get your gear moving as quickly as possible.
