Giveaway Terms and Conditions

By participating in this Indoor Training Pack Giveaway (the "Giveaway"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. How to Enter

• The Giveaway begins on June 6, 2025 at 9:00 AM AEST and ends on June 30, 2025 at 11:59 PM AEST (the "Entry Period").
• To enter, participants must sign up to our email list via the official BikesOnline giveaway entry form.
• This is the only method of entry. Entries via social media platforms (e.g., following, liking, sharing, or tagging) are not valid and will not be counted.
• Only one entry per person will be accepted. Multiple entries from the same person may result in disqualification.

2. Eligibility

• Open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• Entrants must be residents of Australia.
• Employees of BikesOnline, RCA Academy, Cam Nicholls, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
• Void where prohibited by law.

3. Prize

• One (1) winner will receive the following prize package:
• 1x Wahoo Kickr Move Smart Trainer Wi-Fi
• 1x Wahoo Kickr Headwind Smart Fan
• 1x Elite Sterzo Riser Block for Trainers
• Approximate retail value: $2,550 AUD.
• The prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
• BikesOnline reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if needed.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

• Winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
• The drawing will occur on or about July 2, 2025 at 10:00 AM AEST.
• The winner will be notified via email within 3 days of the drawing and must respond within 5 business days.
• If no response is received, an alternate winner may be selected.
• BikesOnline may require proof of eligibility and may request an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability.

5. Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, the winner grants BikesOnline and RCA Academy / Cam Nicholls the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

6. Marketing Communications Opt-In

By entering, you agree to receive marketing emails from both BikesOnline and Cam Nicholls / RCA Academy. The email list is shared between both parties. You may unsubscribe at any time via provided opt-out links.

7. General Conditions

BikesOnline reserves the right to cancel or amend the Giveaway due to technical issues or other events beyond its control. Entries that violate the rules or show signs of tampering may be disqualified.

8. Limitation of Liability

Entrants release BikesOnline, RCA Academy, and Cam Nicholls from any liability related to participation or prize use.

9. Privacy

All personal data will be handled in accordance with:

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
